We understand how frustrating it can be when a garment doesn't fit just right, so we've got you covered with our easy exchange policy. Here are the details you need to know:

You have 48 hours from the time of product delivery to request an exchange.

To request an exchange, simply send us an email at, and our team will respond within 24-48 hours.

If you decide to exchange the item, we'll arrange for a pickup. However you will have to bear the to and fro shipping charges of the exchange items.

Once we receive the item in our office, we'll issue you a gift card for the purchase amount (excluding shipping), which you can use to make another purchase from our website within a period of one month.

To ensure that your exchange is processed smoothly, please make sure that the return package is securely packed to prevent any damage and that it includes all original tags and packaging.

Please note that we are unable to refund or replace products that are damaged during return.
